How do I pay for appointments at WSM?

Most physician services are covered by OHIP. Some physician services, such as medical notes and forms, are not covered by OHIP and a fee must be paid.

Other services at WSM may be covered by your extended health coverage. Check to see if you need a doctor's referral to accompany your receipt submissions.

Private fees for Naturopathic Doctor, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Pedorthist, and Occupational Therapist must be paid in full at time of treatment and a receipt will be issued for you to pursue reimbursement. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Interac/debit, cash and personal cheques. 

A charge may be applied to a missed appointment without 24 hours notice. While a fee is generally WSM's policy, the individual therapist can waive the fee for exceptional circumstance. Please call the front desk if you are going to be late or to cancel. Message are retrieved every morning and throughout the day. Do not email a cancellation as emails are checked sporadically for other purposes.
