Dr. Robert Lee, MD
Dip. Sport Medicine, (CASEM)
Dr. Lee has been specializing in sports injuries for 25 years. Following his medical training at the University of Toronto, Dr. Lee completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Western Ontario in London. He was one of the first recipients of the Canadian Academy of Sports Medicine Diploma, which recognizes proficiency in sports medicine training.
In 1996, after five years at the University of Western Ontario's Fowler-Kennedy Sport Medicine Clinic, he moved to the K-W area and joined Waterloo Sports Medicine Centre. He was involved in the planning and development of the WSM location at Waterloo's RIM Park facility, but bases his practice at the University Square Plaza location of WSM. His practice in Waterloo Sports Medicine Centre is focused, not only on athletes, but on active people, many of whom were very athletic in their youth, but who now are now in their forties, fifties, even seventies, suffering from the residual effects of injuries or prolonged heavy activity.
As a performer himself, Dr. Lee also has a special interest in treating musicians, dancers and actors, in order to get them back on stage as quickly and safely as possible. He runs and plays tennis.

Dr. Lee also treats actors/dancers/musicians from Drayton Entertainment and Stratford Festival.
