Nikita has been part of the WSM family for eight years, first as a student, filing part-time, then as a full-time receptionist, greeting patients at the front desk. In the last two years, she has taken on more administrative roles, taking charge of overseeing construction during the renovations and expansion. She is responsible for massage billing and some marketing projects. She continues to work behind the scenes part-time as administrative assistant.
