Kim Helm,  B.Sc.

Kim graduated with honours from the University of Western Ontario, Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy) Program in 1989. Since graduation Kim has developed her skills in the field of neurology treating patients with neurological deficits. Some of her clients have experienced strokes, head injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease,  post-polio syndrome and spinal cord injuries. In 2000 she started her own business KW Neuro Rehab, working out of WSM to provide physiotherapy services to

clients with neurological deficits.

Due to the interesting symptoms experienced by her clients Kim has developed her knowledge and skills in dizziness- vestibular rehabilitation, has received advanced training under the International Bobath Instructors Association and the Canadian Bobath Instructors Association, has become certified in acupuncture with the AFCI and has started craniosacral work through the Uplegder Institute.

During her free time Kim loves to stay active and spend family time with her husband and two kids.
