Ron VanKoughnett
Running
Long-time WSM patient, Ron VanKoughnett, competed in the 2007 Gyor ITU Duathlon World Championships in Hungary. Ron has been training for these types of running events for more than 37 years. His first duathlon was in 1987. Ron has won many events over the years and was named 2005 Master Decathlete by Triathlon Canada. In April, 2011, Ron was nominated for Kitchener-Waterloo Althete of the Year.
