Bethany earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2006. She continued her education at the University of Western Ontario, earning her Master of Physical Therapy in 2008.

Bethany was heavily involved in sports throughout high school and played varsity hockey at university, which inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy.

Since beginning her physiotherapy career in 2008, Bethany has achieved internationally-recognized qualifications in hands-on manual and manipulative therapy by becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT), extensive post-graduate education in the area of orthopaedics.

Bethany is certified in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada and trained in STOTT Pilates.
