Jessica completed her undergraduate bachelor of science in Kinesiology degree at Wilfrid Laurier University in 2013. She then went on to complete her masters of Physiotherapy degree at McMaster University in 2015.

Jessica has been heavily involved in sports throughout her life, participating in soccer, cross-country running, track and field, swimming and field hockey in high school. The majority of her experience is with soccer, playing competitively since she was young. Jessica played five years of varsity Women’s Soccer at Wilfrid Laurier University.

With daily exposure and involvement in sports, she developed an early desire to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Having experienced a variety of knee injuries throughout the years, Jessica has developed a special interest in knee conditions and the biomechanics of the joint through movement.

Jessica is trained to perform acupuncture and has completed her level 2 courses of manual therapy. She plans to continue her professional development through the Manual Therapy Levels System.

In her free time, she loves to stay active through running, playing soccer and taking her dog for a walk.
