Sandy has always been an avid runner competing at multiple national championships throughout highschool. He went on to race cross country at Fanshawe College helping the team win 2 national championships in his time there. Sandy graduated from Fanshawe college twice, first in 2020 for massage therapy and again in 2022 with a diploma in fitness and health promotion. Registered as a massage therapist in 2021 Sandy continues to add more techniques and modalities to his treatments. Studying at McMaster University in 2024, Sandy achieved a certificate in contemporary medical acupuncture. Sandy is always looking for new ways to help people return to activities pain free.
