
Ryan Pinto, PT

Ryan completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2013. He then went on to complete his Masters of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University in 2016. Ryan pursued his two passions for research and rehabilitation by completing his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Western University in 2021 while working on his concurrent Doctor of Philosophy degree researching various risk factors and treatments for patients with knee osteoarthritis.

Ryan has been involved in sports throughout his life starting from a young age and found rugby at age 14. He went on to play varsity Men’s Rugby for the University of Waterloo in addition to playing for the Waterloo County Men’s Rugby team until 2019.
Ryan has completed his Level 1 Manual Therapy certification with the goal of completing his levels over the next few years. He is also a certified GLA:D Canada Clinician, which focuses on targeted exercise and education programs for hip and knee osteoarthritis.

In his free time, he loves to stay active through activities such as hiking, biking, golf, or going to the gym.
