Trevor Middleton, RMT
RMT
Trevor became a Registered Massage Therapist because of his passion for helping people move better, feel better, and live healthier, more active lives. A graduate of Anderson College's Massage Therapy Program, Trevor is excited to be building his practice in the Waterloo Region and helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals through individualized, evidence-based care.
Trevor believes that every patient is unique, and no two treatment plans should be the same. He takes a client-centred approach to massage therapy, beginning with a thorough assessment to better understand each patient's concerns, lifestyle, and goals. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing chronic muscle tension, dealing with work-related aches and pains, or simply looking to improve their overall well-being, Trevor develops treatment plans that are tailored to their specific needs.
His treatments may incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and stretching to help reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and support long-term recovery. Trevor also believes in educating patients throughout the treatment process, empowering them with the knowledge and strategies they need to maintain their progress between appointments.
Trevor is committed to creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care. He enjoys working with individuals of all activity levels—from those recovering from everyday strains to active adults and athletes striving to perform at their best.
Outside of the clinic, Trevor has a passion for the performing arts. He enjoys performing with local community theatre productions, singing in a local country/rock band, and enthusiastically cheering on his wife, who is a professional musical theatre performer. His creative energy, positive attitude, and genuine interest in connecting with people are qualities that naturally carry over into his practice, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from their very first visit.
