Randall Helm
BA (PHE), BSc. PT, CAFCI, FCAMT
Randall is a fellow of the Canadian Advanced Manual Therapists, certified with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada and a graduate in Physical Therapy, and Physical and Health Education from the University of Western Ontario.
Randall has extensive experience in both on-field and clinical treatment of injured athletes. He has a keen interest in treating all athletes and active individuals. He enjoys biking, running, and playing hockey, basketball and golf. Randall has his level 1 basketball coaching certification and is an active coach in the Waterloo basketball community.
Over the years, Randall has enjoyed treating Olympic and high caliber swimmers at WSM and more recently, has developed an interest in treating synchronized swimmers through involvement of family members in the sport. He still has some aches and pains acquired through track and field in his youth, but has finally stopped trying to impress young track athletes with his past, rather meager achievements.
Randall’s most recent impressive accomplishments are chauffeuring his children, running with a dog attached to his hip, and counting new grey hairs while being amazed that his spouse has developed none.
